Application for Return of Goods

Any application to return Goods is at the sole direction of Triflex (UK) Ltd and will only be considered if the following conditions are met:

• Full details of the Goods to be returned are provided in advance using the application form
• The original delivery date of the Goods to be returned is less than 3 months prior to Triflex receiving this application form
• The Goods, at the sole discretion of Triflex (UK) Ltd, are deemed of fully merchantable quality and suitable for resale, i.e. the Goods must have been stored appropriately, be unopened, intact with all packaging and labels in good, clean, dry condition

We reserve the right not to accept any returned Goods should these conditions not be met, or where we deem it unlikely the Goods can be resold within their shelf life. 

Where we have agreed to the return of Goods and all conditions have been met, a credit note will be raised for the original sales value of the Goods returned less a minimum 25% restocking charge plus any carriage or other costs incurred by Triflex.
