Warranty application form

Warranties can only be applied for by Triflex Contracting Partners on the completion of a project using Triflex materials. If you are an end client please contact your installer for your warranty.

Select the type of warranty you are applying for
Select this option when a Project Specification proposal has been issued by Triflex.
Select this option when you have installed Triflex materials without a Triflex Project Specification proposal.
