St. Simon Stock School

This school was in need of urgent renovation due to the existing mineral felt and asphalt waterproofing failing, this was allowing water to ingress into the classrooms, kitchen and dining hall below.

K West Hotel

The 2500m² flat roof of this hotel consisted of asphalt and a bituminous membrane. The substrate was now allowing water to ingress into below rooms causing serious damage, in some areas the ingress had become so severe that rooms had to be completely closed off to guests.

Camlet Way

The new luxury multi-residential development at Camlet Way, Herefordshire have recently received refurbishment to several areas including a 300m² roof, 100m² roof terrace and a further 100m² of balconies.

Eastlands Homes

The residential apartments at Eastland Homes requested a waterproofing and surfacing solution that would include both an insulated element, to improve energy efficiency and a durable waterproofing layer to their cantilever walkways.

Royal Holloway College

The Royal Holloway College was in desperate need of a resurfacing solution to their college walkways; however, the solution would need to complement the iconic building while providing a durable finish.

Olympia

This multi-storey car park required a waterproofing and surfacing solution for all 3 levels of the Olympia car park. Areas of the car park revealed very deep wheel indentations, with 80mm of asphalt at the sides and as little as 15mm in the middle.

Parcelforce

This project required the waterproofing and protection of a 2000m² metal roof including all side laps, end laps, gutters and details at the Ipswich Mail Centre, the current metal roof had begun to show signs or corrosion and delamination.

Sand Street

Sand Street, located in the bustling town of St Helier in Jersey, provides its residents with an abundance of local businesses, shops and restaurants and is also home to one of the main central multi-storey car parks which houses over 620 parking spaces over 14 levels.

111 Piccadilly

To accommodate the vast amount of visitors parking, 111 Piccadilly boasts an open, surface car park to the rear that straddles the Rochdale canal. The inspection identified that the existing macadam surfacing had degraded, through constant trafficking and exposure to the elements.
