Riverbank, Staines-upon-Thames

In November 2018, Triflex were invited to provide a bespoke waterproofing specification for the social housing at Riverbank, Staines. The end client A2 Dominion required a fully Part L compliant thermal upgrade to the existing waterproofing system.

Nexus Apartments, Watford

The 600m² single-ply, tapered warm roof system at Nexus Apartments had showed evidence of water ingress from the start. The client were looking for a supplier that could be trusted to find the right flame free solution, that wouldn't require the removal of the existing single-ply membrane and would cause minimum disruption to the residents.

Honeywell Technologies, Bracknell

The staff car park at Honeywell Technologies in Bracknell had been leaking for sometime and staff had reported damage to their vehicles when parked beneath certain areas of the multi-storey structure. Triflex were invited to survey the car park and provide a project specification.
